Drawing on data from 483 cities and 19 countries, this atlas provides an introduction to urban Latin America. The atlas includes explorations of geography topics from population to water infrastructure to mayoral politics via maps, charts, and text.
The atlas formed part of my undergraduate honors work, along with a research paper evaluating urban rank-size distribution in Latin America using standardized urban areas based on population raster data.
